Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

I have concluded the liquidation of CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS LIMITED (in liquidation) and hereby give notice in accordance with section 318(1)(e)(i) of the Companies Act 1993.
I have filed my final report and consequently the company is to be removed from the Register.
Unless, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, written objection to the removal is sent or delivered to the Registrar by
30 September 2009 (being not less than 20 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove
the company from the Register.
