This document notifies you that:
1. On 7 April 2009, an application for putting AID BROTHER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 21 May 2009 at 10.00am.
