Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 23 October 2009, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that D PALMER LOGGING LIMITED be liquidated
and that Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Friday, 23 October 2009 at 2.00pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 30 November 2009.
