Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 3 June 2009 at 4.30pm, the shareholders of DOWLING HOSPITALITY SERVICES LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 30 June 2009.
