Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 27 November 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to
section 241(2)(c)(iv) of the Companies Act 1993, that HOLLTRANZ LIMITED be liquidated and that Richard Nicholas Ineson and Andrew James Brady, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed as liquidators
for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 27 November 2009.
Creditors please forward proof of debt within 30 working days of this notice.
