Take notice that on 31 October 2008, an application for putting Edward J Schwartz Entertainment Inc Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 15 December 2008 at 10.00am.
