Take notice that on 5 December 2007, an application for putting Wilson Bros Timber Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on Tuesday, 5 February 2008 at 2.15pm.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
