Take notice that on 27 May 2008, an application for putting Urban Reform Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on 28 July 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Zane Roderick Edlin and Robert Craig Edlin, whose address for service is c/o Harris Tate,
29 Brown Street, Tauranga.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 1147, Tauranga; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX HP 40005, Auckland; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to (07) 578 2692.
