Notice is hereby given that on 1 August 2008 at 10.30am,
it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be placed into liquidation and Tarsha Hazleman, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Big Sky Ventures
No 1 Limited does hereby fix 10 October 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
