Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 25 February 2008, the directors resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), that Six Investments Limited be liquidated and that Anthony Charles Harris, insolvency practitioner of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 25 February 2008 at 2.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator fixes 27 June 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Intention to Remove
An application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) will be sent to the Registrar after 22 working days from the date of this notice. Objections to remove, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
