Take notice that on 20 July 2007, an application for putting Wilson Family Dairy Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on 14 November 2007 at 9.30am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Accident Compensation Corporation, whose address for service is at the offices of Maude
& Miller, 2nd Floor, McDonald’s Building, Cobham Court (PO Box 50555 or DX SP 32505), Porirua City.
