Take notice that on 20 August 2007, an application for putting Gayhurst Property Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 1 October 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Pakuranga Earthmovers Limited,
whose address for service in this matter is at the
offices of Martelli McKegg Wells & Cormack, Level 20, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010.
