Take notice that on 23 May 2007, an application for putting MNR Drainage Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
Whangarei on Monday, 16 July 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is CablePrice (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Credit Services (NZ) Limited, Level 6, 138 Victoria Street, Christchurch.
