Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Howard Ross Fisk and Craig Alexander Sanson, chartered accountant of Wellington and insolvency practitioner of Auckland respectively, were appointed
joint and several as liquidators of Aotearoa Olives
Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)
of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on 29 January 2007 at 10.55am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Aotearoa Olives Limited, we fix 31 March 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
