Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named company on 26 September 2007 at 4.51pm, appointed Robert Laurie Merlo, insolvency practitioner of Merlo Burgess & Co. Limited, Auckland, and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Rodewald Hart Brown Limited, Tauranga, as joint and several liquidators of the company.
The liquidation commenced on 26 September 2007.
The liquidators hereby fix 30 October 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
