Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 19 July 2007 at 9.34am, by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Aquasoleil Trustee Limited was placed into liquidation and Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 19 July 2007.
We hereby fix 27 August 2007, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
