Take notice that on the 6th day of December 2005, an application for putting Putz Technik Products Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
Auckland on the 9th day of March 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fern Cement Limited (in receivership), whose address for service is at the offices of Harkness Henry & Co, Solicitors, Seventh/Eighth Floors, KPMG Centre, 85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at the address for service or may be:
