Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of December 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that East Taieri Lifestyle Blocks Limited be liquidated and that Paul Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of December 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
