Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
David James Withell, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that he was appointed as liquidator of
Paneke Enterprises Limited on the 19th day of June 2006 at 1.00 p.m., at which date and time the liquidation commenced, by a special resolution of the members of Paneke Enterprises Limited.
The directors have signed a certificate, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, certifying as to the company’s solvency and, accordingly, no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
