Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 and in the matter of Lanakai Charters Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of May 2006 at 11.00 a.m, the shareholders of Lanakai Charters Limited passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Stephen Michael Sudbury, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator of the company.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of August 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
