Take notice that on the 6th day of September 2005, an application for putting Orangi Limited (trading (together with Yawata Limited) as Interact Architects and Designers), into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
This application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 31st day of October 2005
at 9.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiffs are Marc Paul Powell and Ivy Lewis Powell, whose address for service is at the offices of Kensington Swan, 89 The Terrace, Wellington.
