Take notice that on the 22nd day of June 2005, an application for putting National Corbett Projects Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 15th day of September 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Facade Technologies Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Simpson Western,
5-7 Byron Avenue, Takapuna (Solicitor Acting: Candice Maria Murphy).
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Private Bag 93-533, Takapuna; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to B.X. 10-653, Takapuna; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to (09) 489 8542.
The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
