Take notice that on the 17th day of May 2005, an application for putting Mid Island 2004 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 4th day of July 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is R Bougen Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Norris Ward McKinnon, Seventh Floor, WEL Energy House, corner of Victoria and London Streets (Private Bag 3098), Hamilton.
