Take notice that on the 22nd day of December 2004, an application for putting Southwest Contracting 2002 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on the 14th day of April 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Power Farming Otago Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Tompkins Wake, Westpac House, 430 Victoria Street, Hamilton.
