Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Paul Francis Lynskey, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of R M International Limited
(“the company”) by special resolution of the shareholders on the 4th day of October 2005 at 12.09 p.m., the date and time the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidator of the company, I fix the 4th day of November 2005, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
