Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 28th day of April 2005 at 4.00 p.m., appointed Barry Rix Mason, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator of the company.
The undersigned hereby fixes the 21st day of May 2005, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution or right to object.
