Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, by shareholders’ resolution dated the 1st day of March 2005 at 3.00 p.m. to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed Ronald Graeme Sands as the liquidator for the purpose.
A declaration of solvency has been completed by the directors.
The liquidator fixes the 15th day of April 2005, as the last day by which creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have on the company.
