I, Jurgen W. Herbke, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at 10B Wainoni Heights, Greenhithe, Auckland, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry
on business and has discharged in full its liabilities to all
its known creditors.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies by the 30th day of September 2004, the company will be removed from the Register.
