Take notice that on the 23rd day of December 2003, an application for putting into liquidation Accident and Medical Centres Investment Limited (in receivership) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 15th day of March 2004
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Accident & Medical Centre (Ti Rakau) Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is care of Sharpe Tudhope, Solicitors, 35 Grey Street, Tauranga.
