Take notice that on the 26th day of May 2004, an application for putting Watch & Win Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, the 1st day of September 2004
at 12.00 midday.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is McCann-Erickson Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of the firm of Simpson
Grierson, Solicitors, Simpson Grierson Building, Level Thirteen, 92-96 Albert Street, Auckland.
