Take notice that on the 12th day of March 2004, an application for putting NET4U Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 10th day of May 2004 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Telecom New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, Solicitors, Level Thirty-five, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland.
