Take notice that on the 23rd day of January 2004, an application for putting JVT Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 18th day of March 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Accident Compensation Corporation, whose address for service is care of Credit Consultants
Debt Services NZ Limited, Level Three, 3-9 Church Street, Wellington.
