Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of CBP Industries Limited (in liquidation) on the 15th day of December 2003, appointed Grant Stephen Jarrold and James Bruce McAlister jointly and severally as liquidators of CBP Industries Limited.
The liquidation of CBP Industries Limited commenced on the 15th day of December 2003 at 5.00 p.m.
The directors of the companies have resolved that the company was solvent prior to the appointment of
the liquidators and, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 30th day of January 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
