Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Graham Stuart Dick, chartered accountant of Invercargill, was appointed liquidator of Brian Nicoll Engineering Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 3rd day of December 2004 at 10.00 a.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
