Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 27th day of September 2004 at 4.00 p.m., it was resolved by resolution of the directors that the above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
Stephen Charles Grey, of Chester Grey Chartered Accountants Limited, was appointed as liquidator.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given to creditors to make any claims by the 25th day of November 2004, and to establish any priority their claim may have in the company.
