Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 15th day of October 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Lifestyle Marketing (Auckland) Limited be liquidated and that Gilbert Dale Chapman and Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of October 2004 at 11.00 a.m.
