Notice is hereby given that Murray G. Allott resigned as liquidator of the above-named companies on the 24th day of August 2004, and on that date, pursuant to section 283 (2)
of the Companies Act 1993, appointed David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Christchurch, to be his successors.
