Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993, and in the matter of Lansdowne Village Limited and Aged Care Consultants Limited (both
in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of June 2004 at 3.00 p.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies pursuant to a special resolution entered into each company's minute book.
The liquidations commenced on the 25th day of June 2004.
