Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 25th day of June 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Drummond Developments Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Reginald Patterson, of Duncan Cotterill, Lawyers, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of June 2004.
