The above-named solvent companies were placed into liquidation by special resolutions of shareholders dated the 31st day of March 2004 at 10.00 a.m., 10.01 a.m., 10.02 a.m., 10.03 a.m., 10.04 a.m. and 10.05 a.m. respectively, on the basis that the companies ceased trading some time ago and are superfluous to the ongoing trading operations of the Pengellys group.

Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed joint and several liquidators of Pengellys (Wellington) Limited, Pengellys Searoad Services Limited, Pengellys Air Limited, Pengellys Customs Agents
Limited, Pengellys Storage Co Limited and Pengellys Industries Limited (all in liquidation) on the 31st day
of March 2004 at 10.00 a.m., 10.01 a.m., 10.02 a.m., 10.03 a.m., 10.04 a.m. and 10.05 a.m. respectively, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 22nd day of April 2004, as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
