Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 5th day of March 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Oxon Investments Limited be liquidated and that Grahame
David Craig, accountant, of 286F Elmwood Lane,
R.D. 3, Hamilton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of March 2004
at 4.05 p.m.
