Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert Bruce Dilks, chartered accountant of Dilks and Associates Limited, was appointed liquidator of Pania Enterprises Limited.
The liquidation commenced on Monday, the 15th day of March 2004.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 23rd day of April 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
