Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 17th day of January 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Holwell Farms Limited
be liquidated and that Nigel Allen Brereton, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The reason for which the company was incorporated has passed.
A declaration of solvency has been filed.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of January 2003 at 10.30 a.m.
