Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, by way of special resolution and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert Anthony Elms, chartered accountant of Martin Jarvie PKF, was appointed liquidator of Matai Enterprises Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of June 2003 at 3.50 p.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
27th day of June 2003, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
