Notice of Intention to Deregister
Address of Registered Office: 65 Seymour Street, Blenheim.
The liquidators of One Skinny Cook Restaurant Limited hereby give notice of their intention to apply for the removal of the above-named company from the New Zealand Companies Register.
The application will be made, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that:
(a) The liquidators have complied with their duties in relation to the final report and statement as required under section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act; and
(b) Public notice of the liquidator's intention to remove has been given.
Any objections to removal must be delivered to the Registrar by the 31st day of October 2002.
