Take notice that on the 23rd day of May 2002, an application for putting Your Future Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 8th day of July 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Carters (a division of Carter Holt Harvey Limited), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business there as building contractors and suppliers, whose address for service is 64-68 Harris Road, East Tamaki, Auckland.
