Take notice that on the 4th day of April 2002, an application for putting Paterson Distributors Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court
at Auckland on Thursday, the 23rd day of May 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
