Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Simon Maurice Speedy, chartered accountant of Brown Webb Limited, was appointed liquidator of Floor Two Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of January 2002 at 9.35 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
18th day of February 2002, as the last day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
