Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Brett Lachlan Campbell, chartered accountant of Hudson Kasper, was appointed liquidator of E & J Woodcock Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of October 2002 at 10.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 20th day of November 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
