Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Murray Blanchett and Peter Ross McLean, both of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Burton Construction Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of July 2002 at 12.30 p.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 5th day of September 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
